We SO appreciated and loved our presentation given by Saralynn's Mom today. We learned about Self-Esteem and how to change uncomfortable feelings and make good healthy choices. We drew pictures of ourselves, made lists of what we are good at and also what we aspire to be when we grow up. My favorite part was at the end when all classmates were given the opportunity to fill eachothers sheets (and buckets) full of kind and positive words. I saw lots of happy faces as the students read the comments. The day ended in a big hug for Mrs. Eggleton!
