Today we had a tonne of fun building Leprechaun traps!!! Before we started we researched various examples of how traps are made. Each student created a plan and listed the materials needed for construction. Of course, we discussed how tricky this little sprite can be. It will be tough to catch this little guy that has gone 100's of years without getting caught! The kiddos went home with a bag of 'Leprechaun Bait' in the hopes he'll follow the trail tonight...
I'm excited to her the stories tomorrow! Last year, I tried to catch a Leprechaun and he flipped all my chairs upside down... I've also heard he's known to turn toilet water GREEN! Good luck!
