Today we played: GARBAGE BALL in honor of Earth Day. How to play: Use whatever you have that can be thrown and not hurt anyone… Balls, foam frisbees, bean bags, rubber chickens, koosh balls, pool noodles etc. Have two equal teams with a center line (We divided into countries CANADA vs USA Each team starts with the same amount of items. At the signal each team throws whatever it can get their hands on—from their side of the line to the other side. Each country is able to to throw items that land in their country back into the other. After 5-10 minutes of throwing we stopped to observe what our country looked like. How did we feel about the mess? How could we solve the problem? I got the exact ideas I was hoping for!
