Round of Daily 5

I love that the students have choice in our daily rounds to pick whether they will work on writing, read, do word work and/or listen to reading. We do 3 rounds a day and the students have to make 3 different choices. We are getting started right away, building our stamina and working the whole time. This is the time I get to do individual conferring and meeting with groups. Fun!

    I was so excited to see how hard you are working during your Daily 5 rounds. I can clearly see that you are practicing your reading and writing skills to become better readers and writers. I hope you are having fun. What is your favorite Daily 5 activitiy?
